PICPA Thanksgiving

Because of the success of the Philippine Accountancy Week, the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) had a thanksgiving blow-out to all the people who made the event a smashingly successful event. It was highlighted in the event the unity and solidarity of both PICPAns and Accountancy Students.

And so the officers threw up a party for the organizers and the performers and other participants of the said event. The party was held at Mindy’s Restaurant—which is owned by the PICPA President. The food that was served were great, especially the native chicken in coconut milk. There were prizes and giveaways that were granted to us too. I really enjoyed the party a lot. I also met more colleagues and I got acquainted with them. More than the food and the gifts, it was the new friends that I gained from the said event that made me look forward to the next events in the future.
