medical coding training courses

My officemate is taking up a medical coding training courses online. I don’t know why because in the Philippines, this type of course is not popular. I think she is up of something that might leave the company and go to abroad for greener opportunity. She is a nurse but she work in this company as a clerk. I think is just waiting of something.
