Last year in November, I started working out at the gym but until now I didn’t lose any weight. Sometimes, I tend to give up but I am trying to be strong. I didn’t gain after the holidays though because I exercise at least 5 to 6 times a week. I need something to boost my metabolism though. A friend told me about herbal diet supplement, she said that it works for her and she lost a few pound after a week.
