hair supplements

I have noticed my hair is dry since I always use a hair dryer. I was planning to re-bond my hair but I can’t afford it. My friend told me it will cost more than two thousand though it wouldn’t last long. She said, it will last for only 6 to 8 months. I think I would consider about hair supplements. What do you think guys?
