Importance of Tomatoes

We all know that tomatoes have lycopene which come in different forms. Some lycopene are easy to absorb while others are not. Study shows that red tomatoes which are readily available in markets and supermarkets have lesser lycopene. The tangerine colored tomatoes, though not sold commercially, have highly bio-available lycopene. We can check with farm markets if they have this kind of tomatoes. As a whole, red or orange tomatoes are important in our diet.
