Exercise is Good for the Heart

If you’re too busy to do thorough exercise, we may just have a brisk walk for 30 minutes three times a week and it will help you reduce risk of having a heart disease. Walking briskly will lower your blood pressure and improve the presence of good cholesterol in your body compared to the bad cholesterol. You may also lose weight which is indeed beneficial to the body. So why not walk now instead of taking a ride to the office?
