Eating Right

My gym instructor stresses that the solution to losing weight has always been to “eat less and exercise more.” Ate Cora said that I should not rely solely on dieting or starving myself because this will only lead to binge eating.
She recommends that I should opt for nutritious foods in moderate amounts. She encourages me that losing weight this way is slow but steady—and I will keep it off for life because it is easy and realistic to maintain.
