Being busy with work and other activities sometimes means not being able to sit down and enjoy a decent meal. Or if you get the chance to eat, fast food drive-thrus are always an easy choice because of their convenience. But with such lifestyle, eating healthy must be given priority to help keep up with one’s daily activities. For a healthy ready-to-eat meal, pack something that is rich in Omega 3 DHA, a nutrient found in fish that’s known to boost mental performance. For me, I usually have herbed tuna bread when I’m in a hurry. And if I have time, I would cook tuna and Pineapple Fried Rice for the whole family.
