Exercising in the water is a good choice any time of the year. Aside from loosing weight, it conditions the heart, lungs, and all major muscle endurance and strength as well as cardio respiratory endurance.
When I was still in the Philippines I used to go swimming with my two sisters. We don’t just swim because it is a form of exercise but because we enjoyed it very much. Since we were kids we love to swim already. We even go swimming in the river or stream because there is no pool or beaches in our province.
