Safer Substitute for Sugar

Artificial sweetener (aspartame) has been popular as substitute for sugar as it does not increase the person’s blood sugar level. However, recently, studies and long-period researches of about 20 years show that a better and safer substitute for sugar is the so called sucralose or the Splenda. Unlike the aspartame which may have harmful effects on some body organs, Splenda is approved by FDA and is proven safe to use even by diabetics and pregnant women.
