Proper Diet to Grow Taller

Here are some important diet tips that help you grow taller even after the normal growth ages. Eat at regular hours and don’t miss any meal especially breakfast where you need to eat a well-rounded meal. Chew your food very well. Vary your menu. Avoid food and drinks that are not nutritious such as sweets, crisps, soft drinks, pastries, and especially salty foods. Make sure to eat vegetables everyday and drink fruit juices as well as milk with whole wheat bread. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day, or if possible, vegetable juice. Rest and avoid working or exercising right after eating. If possible, take food supplements daily.
