Peanut Butter Fights Diabetes

Recent studies show that peanut butter decreases the risk of diabetes by about 27%. Nuts contain unsaturated fats or the so-called healthy fats which helps in stabilizing blood sugar level and improving the sensitivity of insulin. Demand and resistance of insulin by the body is minimized as well by the magnesium and fiber present in nuts. So rather eating much common sweet desserts, try peanut butter instead.
