Olives – Small But Terrible

Olives are bite-size fruits (yes, they are fruits) popularly known as good appetizers. But, behold, these small fruits have big contents which are nutritious by nature. Olives are rich in vitamin E, iron, monounsaturated fats, antioxidants, and fiber which help in the digestive processes of the body. So in your dishes, try to add olives, if applicable, or if not, eat them raw as appetizer or side dish. And, instead of using any other kind of cooking oil, try using olive oil.
