Our liver serves as a detoxifier as it filters the blood that flowed from the small intestine. As important as it is, we need to take good care of it. Feed your liver properly leaving it lesser toxic and harmful elements to filter by keeping a clean environment and eating and drinking clean food and drinks. Include crunchy vegetables in your diet like broccoli and cabbage, as well as foods rich in vitamins B and C, lecithin, and zinc to hasten detoxifying process. Conversely, avoid taking in too much vitamin A as it may lead to cirrhosis.
