Eat Much to Slim Down

Many people think that by eating less or even skipping breakfast, they easily lose weight. However, researchers believe that by eating much carbohydrates-rich foods at breakfast may increase the tendency of slimming down. Eating much food rich in carbohydrates in the morning tend to lessen the person’s cravings for carbs later in the day. Moreover, it is indeed better to eat much earlier during the day as you have a longer time to burn the calories.
