Lot of people is trying to lose. They want an instant result too and ended up with crash dieting but later, crash. You know what I mean? I was on a crash diet but I gained my body fat back. What I did before, I eat only when I am hungry and no more than thrice a day. My in between meal is only water. After three months, I lost 40 pounds. Whole part of my diet was water dieting. Yeah, I lost a lot of weight but I gained that back. Crash dieting is unhealthy.
