What To Exercise

Choose an exercise that you enjoy, preferably on you can share with a friend or your family. Aerobic exercises are the best, involving fairly continuous movement and helping to strengthen your heart and lungs. Though I like aerobic exercise I’m into jogging, cycling and swimming. I just love outdoor activities.

Some of examples of exercises includes brisk walking, badminton, lawn tennis and table tennis; football, basketball and hiking.
