Stay Healthy by Eating Brown Rice

Eating brown rice or unpolished rice has been proven to be healthy. It also lessens the country’s deficit of rice. Brown rice is more nutritious than the most commonly eaten white rice. To produce this unpolished rice, only the hull or husk is removed using the traditional mortar and pestle. The bran which contains nutrients is not removed thus giving the rice its brown color. At this time of hardship, why don’t we try eating brown rice to stay healthier?
