Diet and exercise can help us lose weight. However, there is still one way of slimming down. According to researches, an extra hour of sleep at night may help us shed excess weight. Poor eating habits and lack of exercise may lead to obesity. However, there is another factor that may lead to obesity: lack of sleep. Less sleep may cause the loss of appetite and makes one hungry for foods heavy in fat and sugar thus making one obese. Researches show that one who got the least sleep had a higher chance of getting obese. So Children, get more sleep!
