On Exercise

Many of us think that we don’t have enough time for exercise. But there are a lot of simple things you could do in your daily life to help you more active and help burn off that excess energy before it becomes fat:

  • walk instead of riding whenever you have the opportunity
  • always walk briskly, swinging your arms
  • use the stairs instead of the elevators
  • Make your housework more active and interesting by working with music. You’ll find you get more done with a lot more fun.
