Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that’s why I always make sure that my cute little girl got her daily dose of healthy whole grain breakfast. I give her a whole grain meal like cereals and oats for her to get the most fiber she needs. But I plan to change her diet when she grows older with a carbs and protein tandem meal added with milk and fruits so that she gets variety of nutrients. Breakfast is a must-have and it shouldn’t be skipped!
