High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is common among aging men or women. We are at risk because we do not know that we have high blood pressure since symptoms are hard to notice right away. Regular visit to the doctor is a must for aging people. To help prevent this, we should avoid fatty and salty food, take time to exercise, eat food rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals like fruits and vegetables. We should also have time to relax. By so doing, this disease can be avoided.
