Here’s something I would like to share with you about healthy exposure to sunlight:
• Never, never burn. Wear protective clothing, eyewear and a protective sunscreen if needed.
• If you are planning for an outdoor trip, prepare your skin by giving it progressive exposure before the trip until the skin starts to turn pink.
• A few minutes of sunshine on your face and hands each day will produce all the vitamin D you need.
• To improve your health and lift your spirits, you can open up your house to the sunshine each morning.
