There is a healthy drink that we all should at least try. I drink about 1 ounce per day (though not everyday). It is a combination of 64 oz. of grape juice, 32 oz. of apple juice and 8 oz. of apple cider vinegar. It is a bit strong at first, and you never should try to drink too much. But, I have heard that it is good to help your gallbladder flush itself out, also I have heard that it is good for your arteries, supposedly reducing the risk of atherosclerosis.
