Have a Good Breakfast

A common mistake of people is they don¢t eat breakfast or they just eat two pan de sal with a cup of coffee. Things to be considered in preparing a good breakfast is easy. You just have to wake up early and plan a simple but easy to prepare menus. Breakfast should have protein food like eggs, and milk, bread or cereals and for beverage, coffee or juice. In this way, we may have a simple but good breakfast.
