Walking Exercise for Everyone

Walking is the easiest, safest and most natural form of exercise. It is an effective exercise for people of all ages and all levels of health. Studies have shown that regular, brisk walking can lower cholesterol levels, stimulate circulation, strengthen the heart, and decrease high blood pressure. It reduces the risk of developing serious health problems like diabetes, osteoporosis (brittle bones), and heart diseases.

This is a good news for me since i walk everyday for 30 minutes to pick my son at his school:-)

You can also burn as much calories as jogging with out the stress fractures and jarring of the joints.
