Walk Today Sleep Tonight

According to the study walking at a brisk pace for six or more blocks per day significantly reduces the risk of sleep disorders in adults. A new study of more than 700 adults found those who included regular physical activity in their daily routine slept better at night, lessened daytime sleepiness, and suffered from fewer nightmares.

really??? is the idea of sleeping better having shorter hours but still feel rested and invigorated the next day? my in-laws deliberately walk but they stay up late and sleep short hours. but i think they are more energetic than i am. lol

This has nothing to do with exercise but I think your blog is very pretty!

Hello - I often here people talk of blocks when they are expressing distances. In England it is difficult for us to assess how far is a block? Is it ten house widths, half a mile, or something else? I thought that I would ask as as you have a lovely blog with really useful information and I am interested in knowing the distance you mentioned.
All the best Polly
