You probably know that coffee is a rich source of antioxidants. You see antioxidants are nature’s way of cleaning your system. They prevent oxidation of molecules (just like how iron rusts or apples turn brown), which in turn produce free radicals. Free radicals are bad molecules. Be glad antioxidants are here to neutralize them and help shield our body from their harmful effects. In fact, a cup of coffee has more antioxidants than red wine, green tea, and cocoa. Make sure you include it in your daily diet. Enjoy coffee and enjoy a healthier life!

Oooh... too bad; I would if I could. Coffee makes me queasy. I used to think it was the caffeine in it, but I don't get the same effect from other highly caffeinated beverages. So there must be something else in coffee which does it. I also get the same sick feeling from diet pills (over the counter speed!)
Plus, I tend to make my coffee taste like coffee ice cream - lots of cream and sugar - just to make it palatable. So that kinda ruins my diet!
I bless you with joy and prosperity..have a great day!
ahhh I just love coffee and it not bad at all. I agree... So cheers and let have a cup of coffee

Your post helped to support my opinion that coffee is not bad for me. Now if I can only lay off all the sugar that I put into it :) Have a great week.
