. Hamburger – avoid cheese or mayonnaise toppings – add tomato or lettuce instead
• Pasta – use marinara, clam, or tomato sauce without meat or sausage
• Pizza – choose vegetable toppings instead of cheese or meat toppings
• Vegetables – eat plenty of these, but without heavy sauces

i wish i can eat pizza without the cheese and toppings :(
Eating healhy food makes us more energized and gives much more energy. Fruit and vegetables are main power source.
