Stress Drains the Brain

According to the study of the scientist they have discovered that the short-term stress, such as being mugged or being involved in a car accident, will sharpen our memory. But in long term stress, such as studying all night for an exam, can actually cause forgetfulness. To remove our stress, and before our brain drains, make an exercise at least one hour a day.

I guess I would agree with this. Stress really messes up one's system that's probably why exercise is advised.
