Stay Healthy and Strong

Good health habits begin at home. When a child grows up in a family who practices healthful behaviors, he will surely continue it until he becomes an adult. Factors that influence health can be controlled as eating habits and environment while some are not controllable like age and heredity. A diet regularly eaten must have the essential nutritional elements. Deficiency in these elements will impair health thus may result to diseases. For many years, eating three times a day is a must.

However there are some people who cannot digest food at one time so they are advised to eat at smaller quantity but more frequently. Obesity is a threat to good health Overweight people is susceptible to diseases like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and other disorders of the digestive system. One way to lose weight is to decrease calorie intake and indulge in body exercise. Protein must be maintained in a weight reducing diet to rebuild worn out tissues Sleep and rest is important to good health for if you don¢t have rest and sleep you will likely become nervous and irritable. So we must have enough sleep so we will not be physically fatigued.
